It will be recalled that the P & H steamer BIRCHGLEN was sold this autumn for scrapping at Port Colborne, but was diverted to Toronto where she arrived on October 16 and was subsequently loaded with storage soya beans. She later developed a marked list to port and was unloaded at Victory Mills during December, being returned to the north side of pier 35 afterwards.
