Wedtech Corp. seems to be making progress in its efforts to sell the shipyard at Ontonagon, Michigan. Florida-California Shipbuilders has paid $250,000 for one of U.P.S.Co.'s would-be railroad carferry barges (which was never completed), and two companies have been looking at a possible purchase of the tug which Wedtech inherited with the yard. Five firms have expressed interest in acquiring the shipyard itself.
