-- A late report indicates that the job of repairing the fire-damaged ALGOSOO will be undertaken by Port Weller Dry Docks, with the work commencing as soon as possible.

-- The 110-foot tug AVENGER IV, which was acquired by J. W. Purvis Marine Ltd. and brought from the U.K. to the lakes late in 1985, ran her trials in the harbour at Sault Ste. Marie on April 1st, 1986. As far as we are aware, no difficulties were encountered.
