It is anticipated by the Directors of the Toronto Marine Historical Society that all members will contribute towards making the SCANNER a monthly bulletin that they will enjoy reading. In order to make this possible it is hoped that we can depend on our membership supplying any material that will be of interest and of news value. Make certain all material is received at the editorial offices in ample time so that it may be included in the following issue.

The SCANNER will be published monthly during our meeting period - that is, from October to May; however, it is our intention to publish one bulletin during the summer months.
