In order to help put our readers into the right frame of mind for sending us their current lay-up reports, we present herewith the lay-up listings for a number of notable Canadian lake fleets for the winter of 1926-1927, as reported in the February 1927 issue of "Canadian Railway and Marine World". We hope that readers will find these notes to be of interest; we certainly do, for some of these fleets were undergoing considerable change at that time, and some of the changes are reflected in the names that follow. Look carefully, and you will see some most interesting items.

Many of the vessels listed above were about to have their names changed, and the lay-up list for these same fleets for the following winter would look very much different indeed.
