It is with regret that we report the death of Earl E. Belcher of Waubaushene, Ontario. Mr Belcher, T.M.H.S. member number 247, passed away in November 1976. We would like to express to Mr Belcher's family our deepest sympathy. With his passing, we have lost an enthusiastic supporter of the Toronto Marine Historical Society.
