Our January Meeting featured members' slides of tugs and we are pleased to report that the evening was most successful. A great variety of material was presented by those in attendance who proved once again that our members are expert photographers. It has become traditional for our January gathering to be a theme slide night and we would welcome suggestions for themes which might be explored for future such meetings. It is not too early to remind members that in May we shall again be holding our Annual Dinner Meeting. The speaker will be Dan McCormick of Massena, New York, whose addresses we have much enjoyed in the past. We will meet at the Ship Inn located in the Marine Museum of Upper Canada and it is hoped that the date will be Saturday, May 6th. Watch this space in the March issue for full details of date, time and cost. Reservations will be essential so please make your plans early. In the New Member Department, a hearty welcome goes out to George H. Baddeley of Richmond Hill, Ontario, to Alexander H. Clarke of Green Bay, Wisconsin, to John Bailey of Toronto, to Kenneth Cooper of Kingston, and to James E. Konkol of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
